This cosmetic balm is based on a blend of natural waxes, vegetable and essential oils, and herbal extracts.

It is free of mineral oil, silicones, and artificial colourants.

The balm is specifically designed for rubs and inhalations to treat the common cold, flu and cough. Its active ingredients have an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and warming effect. They boost the immune system, relieve stuffy nose and make breathing easier, and help to get rid of cough.

The product is formulated with a blend of essential oils which comprises Siberian fir oil, eucalyptus oil, creeping pine oil, lavender oil, juniper oil, and rosemary oil. These oils are rich in phytoncides and other active substances. They are valued for their aromatherapeutic, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and analgesic properties. Essential oils boost the immune system, help to get rid of mucus in the chest, relieve cough and stuffy nose, and improve physical well-being.

The balm also contains coconut oil and cocoa butter. These ingredients help to transport biologically active substances to the deeper layers of the epidermis, nourish and protect the skin, make it softer.

Natural beeswax and carnauba wax soften and nourish the skin, produce an antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effect, help to keep the skin hydrated.

Directions

Apply a small amount of balm to your chest, back and feet. Massage lightly and cover with a warm towel. For inhalations, add some balm to hot water and inhale vapours for 15 minutes. Inhalations are an effective treatment for tonsillitis, laryngitis, tracheitis and bronchitis. You can also add some balm to warm baths once you start recovering.
