Obtained by:
Bitter orange essential oil obtains by using hydrodistillation method from different parts of small fruits of evergreen tree – bitter orange (hesperidium) of Rutacea family, also called as Citrus aurantium L. var. amara, Citrus bigaradia.
Characteristics:
enhances mental and physical efficiency, improves mood, relieves depression, helps to feel the taste of life. Softens and regenerates the skin. Antiseptic, antimicrobial, antirheumatic, anti-sclerotic, choleretic, anti-toxic, wound healing, analgesic, antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, expectorant, diaphoretic, tonic, deodorant.

Properties of oil:
orange or orange-red liquid with a peculiar smell of fresh bitter orange fruits of and a bitter taste. At storage oil becomes brown and transformes into semicrystalline liquid. On an openair oil is oxidizing, getting the smell of turpentine note.
Blend with other oils:
jasmine oil, cypress oil, cinnamon oil, lavender oil, juniper oil, frankincense oil, geranium oil, rosewood oil.
Caution:
When applied to the skin there is a distinct phototoxic effect (due to the presence of coumarins). Therefore oil sShould not be used on the open skin, undergoing solar insolation.
Storage:
essential oils are stored in tightly closed dark glass bottles in indoor temperature in place inaccessible to children. Protect from light.
